Ingredients

For the crust :

  • 200 g digestive biscuits
  • 100 g melted butter

For the filling : 

  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

For the topping (optional) : 

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberry sauce

Instructions
